The London ExCel Centre is gearing up for the 2011 International Boat Show.

Despite the economic downturn, organisers are confident of impressive attendance figures.

Attractions for 2011 include the usual mix of power and sailboats, on-water demonstrations, chandlery and apparel for sale.

Of most interest to divers will be the dedicated ribs and inflatables section.

Key exhibitors this year include Zodiac/Avon, XS, Cobra Ribs, Ribcraft and more.

With discounts available on the day, boat managers might wish to raid the dive club’s coffers and head to the show in search of some kit bargains.

The Tullett Prebon London International Boat Show runs from January 7 – 16th 2011 at the ExCel Centre, Docklands.

Adult tickets cost from £18 in advance, although expect to pay more on the door.
