Budding marine archaeologists offered discounts on essential tools

The Nautical Archaeology Society is offering winter discounts on selected survey products.

Based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, the NAS is a charity-funded outfit that offers training to would-be underwater historians.

Members who pay a subscription to the Society are offered discounts and preferential rates.

The NAS Winter Sale has 20% off books and survey equipment.

Products include NAS-badged clothing, comprehensive diver reference books, and 30m tapes, spirit levels, markers and other useful tools.

Discounts are available until Sunday 6th February 2011.

Orders can be placed via post, after completing the form on the NAS website.
