Scuba training agency PADI has launched a new app for the Apple iPhone and Android smartphones.

The app helps users find their closest approved PADI Dive Center or Resort.

Users can search worldwide by entering the city and state (if applicable) or postal code.

A convenient “current location” feature allows the user to quickly find the closest PADI facility.

Search results appear as pins on a map, Google-fashion, or as a list of dive centres and resorts.

Contact information and PADI membership level for the facility can then be selected.

Enhanced listings also show additional details, including business hours, courses offered, available equipment and more besides.

You can download the PADI App for iPhone and Android from the PADI website.
