The yearly event is organised by the St Abbs and Eyemouth Voluntary Marine Reserve (VMR) in Northumberland.
Entry forms are available on the VMR website and would-be photographers need to return them by 1st August.
Further entries will be available in St Abbs on August 27th. In total, there are just 45 places available.
This year’s competition categories are Marine life portrait, reserve atmospheric and the John Goldie most humorous shot.
St Abbs and Eyemouth are a popular draw for visiting divers due to their Voluntary Marine Reserve Status.
