A total of 31 bells have so far been confirmed for display, from vessels including the Princess Victoria, Altona, Constance, Guillermo and Ballater.
Also of interest to the visiting public will be a unique collection of original artefacts. Items include telegraphs, helms, lamps and a variety of other shipping memorabilia.
So if you’d like to see an impressive collection of ships’ bells under one roof, visit the Brookdale Social Club at Bridge lane, Stockport on March 17th – stick SK7 3AB in your sat nav.
It costs £2 to enter and the door price includes a raffle ticket, with prizes from large diving equipment distributors up from grabs.
