A technical diving outfit on the Caribbean island of St. Martin is holding a Poseidon Discovery Mk6 Rebreather try-out week.

Octopus Diving TEC is now fully operational and the only CCR friendly operation on the island, located in the Lesser Antilles.

The MK6 CIS-Lunar Discovery is Poseidon’s all-new recreational rebreather, strictly limited to 40 metres depth.

Between March and July this year, Octopus Diving TEC is proposing a Poseidon MK6 CCR week.

The purpose of the week long try-out is to introduce St. Martin to the rebreather world and make it a CCR / TEC diving destination.

Octopus says it would only have a maximum six Poseidon MK6 divers aboard its super fast, (superbly named) custom-built dive boat “Octopussy.”

The Caribbean island has some impressive dive sites that are perfectly suited to CCR diving, especially the Poseidon MK6.

A videographer and photographer will be on the boat each day to capture the dives.

Octopus Diving TEC sells all necessary consumables and equipment, and is soon to become a Poseidon MK6 repair centre and dealer.
